A noble of the turquoise tier, though Wu Chan Li shares blood with several members of the Royal Court he has none of their responsibilities. Too low down to be of true political worth he is none the less too noble to be part of the main running of the outer holdings of the Crane Clan.
Closeted for many years within the Crane Clan's mage school Wu Chan Li has been trained in the air magic for which his clan is famous. Scholarly in nature he has not spent a lot of time in the less noble sections of town.
