How long this cult has existed is unknown however they appear to be spread throughout the city of Tintar if not beyond. Investigation has shown that they are organised enough to aid each other but not much is known of their exact goals.
The Demon Liang mian tai de gui ju has made a noise about killing one of their number but no explanation has been given as to why he would kill what is ostensibly 'one of his own'
