The Hall of Mirrors has existed in children's tales and myths that most ignore. Their moral is to teach the hero some great lesson, whether it be large or small.
Members to this Hall are nominated by other members who petition the Jinn. Once accepted an invitation is sent out to all which will lead people to where the entrance currently is. There tests are performed to prepare the members for threats both to the city and Tintaria as a whole.
There is some suspicion that this organisation is linked somehow to the City Souls
