The City Souls is an organisation that is wide spread in Tintaria but that rarely occurs outside of its borders.
Each major city as well as several of the larger towns will have a City Soul house though they are not always as prominent as within the capitol.
The City Souls do not perform the duties of a city guard. Their only concern is the welfare of the city as a whole. However some citizens are more likely to turn to these men and women than the guards when they have personal problems. This in part is due to the discretion excercised by the City Souls when performing their duties which can negate some of the loss of honour for the problems they have.
When a City Soul speaks the City listens. It has become ingrained into the majority of tintarians that it is in their best interests to listen when a City Soul gives warning for they are rarely wrong.
